    Luc Vandendorpe教授于1991年从比利时鲁汶大学(Université Catholique de Louvain)获得博士学位，，，，，，现在为该校通讯手艺、电子与应用数学学院院长(Institute for Information and Communication Technologies, Electronics and Applied Mathematics)。

。他现为IEEE Fellow，，，，，，并且担当EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking(SCI收录)的主编。

。他一经4次主持完成欧盟第七框架妄想项目，，，，，，并且3获得最优论文奖。

讲座摘要：
    The topic of the presentation will be the introduction to the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Electronics and Applied Mathematics (ICTEAM) of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
After a general description of the University, ICTEAM will be described: the research areas, the experimental facilities, the impact on publications and on industry and the presence in the international community. A few success stories will be highlighted. Examples of research results transferred or to be transferred to industry will be discussed.
